Docunexion MX-DE
Docunexion is a training program which aims to create an active and constant exchange of ideas and talents among countries to stimulate creative collaboration, development of new projects and build audiences around documentary film.
In collaboration with the International Documentary Film Festival of Mexico City (DocsDF) and the Goethe-Institut Mexiko and within the celebration of the Dual Year Mexico-Germany, DOK.fest München offers the binational training program "Docunexion MX-DE 2016" for filmmakers with documentary projects.
The selected documentary projects will have the opportunity to workshop their projects in development in Mexico at DocsDF and in Germany at DOK.fest München with renowned professionals from both countries.
The program has selected six teams from Mexico and Germany, of emerging director-producers, three from each country.
It consists in two internships, the first has taken place in Mexico City during the International Documentary Film Festival of Mexico City (DocsDF) and the second one will be held in May 2017 at DOK.fest München.
Regulations for submissions can be found here.
The submission period ended on June 30th.
