Then we are your platform!

The medium film is in a phase of upheaval and must face the coming challenges in order to actively shape the digital future. This applies to all areas of filmmaking, from script development, financing and production to distribution. We are looking for projects that address the challanges the industry is faceing as a whole and not for filmprojects! 

With the new Pitch Slam format DIGITISATION ALL OVER? DER DOCUMENTARY SLAM, the DOK.fest Munich 2019 sets the stage for the best ideas for digitisation in the documentary film industry.

We are looking for concepts, impulses, practical reports and experiments that want to make creative and courageous use of the potential of digitisation for the documentary film industry. We don't care whether you're already earning money with your initiative or still trying it out.

DIGITISATION ALL OVER? DER DOCUMENTARY SLAM will take place on 9 May 2019 at the HFF Munich as part of the DOK.forum, the industry platform of the DOK.fest Munich. The participants will each have 10 minutes to present their ideas. Afterwards there will be an opportunity for questions from the moderator and the audience.
