“What? You left the city because you got a job in Parchim? We’re getting out of here because we can’t get one in Parchim!” Gesa and Arikia had imagined something different for their first theatre jobs. After all, they both come from the big city of Hamburg. Biography

Dieter Schumann studied directing at the HFF Potsdam-Babelsberg and worked at the DEFA documentary film studio. He then became a freelance director and producer for cinema and television. He received the DOK.fest München Documentary Film Award for WADANS WELT in 2011.
