Sadina is a Romanian woman who works as a long-term, 24-hour carer. She dedicates herself with passion and esprit to looking after Elisabeth, an Austrian woman with dementia, only returning home to her family after months of work. In steady, precise takes, the film observes the almost superhuman effort involved in essential care work. This is grand, epic and extremely cinematic Direct Cinema. Ysabel Fantou
