Warum glauben wir, was wir sehen? Im Dokumentarfilm spielt Wahrhaftigkeit eine entscheidende Rolle. Mit der rasanten Entwicklung von Künstlicher Intelligenz und ihrer Einsatzbereiche, sollten wir uns alle fragen, wie wir künftig Filme produzieren und rezipieren möchten. Welche moralischen und ethischen Anforderungen sollten wir an uns stellen?

(Erec Brehmer)
Born in 1987. Living in Munich, Germany. Vocational training as an editor at the Second German Television (ZDF). Studied directing at the University of Television and Film Munich (HFF) afterwards. Graduated with diploma in 2018. Participated in the 31st Drehbuchwerkstatt München 2019/2020, as well as the talent development programs "ZFF Academy" (Zurich Filmfestival 2020) and "Berlinale Talents" (Berlinale 2021). He is currently developing several documentary and feature films.
Professorin (Hochschule für Fernsehen und Film)
Sylvia Rothe is Professor for AI in Media Production at the University of Television and Film Munich. She studied mathematics in Berlin and worked there as a research assistant. She attended several filmmaking courses and turned her passion for movies into a profession in 2011. In the same year, she was a participant in the European Social Documentary training initiative, which focuses on innovative storytelling methods. While working for a Munich film production company, she realized various VR film projects and returned to research in 2017. Her scientific work was presented at various conferences and published in scientific journals.
