“There is no security in life any more,” says Radwan, a young man from Beirut. He sits on a flat roof among the pigeons he plays Kash Hamam with, and smokes a water pipe. Lea Najjar
Najjar was born in Vienna and grew up in Beirut. She attended the City International School in Beirut and graduated from the American University of Beirut in 2014. During her education in Lebanon, she worked as a press photographer for the newspaper "Al Akhbar". In 2021, she received her diploma in documentary film directing from Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg. KASH KASH is her graduation film.
