Peter Jäger

Partner, Consultant / Autlook Filmsales

Born in Belgium, studies in law and philosophy. As a young film fanatic he started working for a Film-magazine becoming Commercial & Marketing Director. Later on he became Marketing and Acquisitions Director for Benelux theatrical distributors and cinema-exhibitors handling over a 100 films like Mulholland Drive, The Lord Of The Rings et al. In 2005 he founded Autlook Filmsales together with Austrian producers becoming CEO. Today it is a leading global distributor for documentaries. Peter is Partner & consultant for Autlook, Jury member of the Flemish Film Fund & Vienna Film Fund, a distribution expert and lecturer/tutor at Film Academies, Workshops and Festivals.

Jan Rofekamp

Sales Agent, Consultant, Teacher, Producer / Films Transit International

Born in 1950 in Zurich, Switzerland and grown up in the Netherlands. Graduated at the Dutch Film Academy in Amsterdam, where he studied film production. Later he moved to Montreal, Canada, where he founded Films Transit International in 1982, one of the longest running and most renowned international sales agencies of quality documentaries. While the office still is in Montreal, Rofekamp lives and works most of the year out of Athens.

Debra Zimmerman

Executive Director Women Make Movies

Born in New York, studied at State University of NY, New Paltz.  Debra Zimmerman is the Executive Director of Women Make Movies, a NY non-profit social enterprise that has been supporting women filmmakers with distribution and production assistance of their independent films since 1972. For 10 of the last 11 years filmmakers from WMM’s programs have won or been nominated for Academy Awards. She is the recipient of numerous awards, including NY Women, Television’s Changemaker Award and Hot Doc’s Doc Mogul Award.
