Shortly after the first wave of coronavirus, the second looms over the hospital in the Belgian city of Liège in late 2020. There is a shortage of beds and staff and the workers are also fighting on another front: many people outside the clinics are beginning to deny the danger of Covid-19. Insights into working lives stretched to the limit in which, despite everything, moments of shared humanity are possible. Anne Thomé

Christophe Hermans
Screenwriter, casting director, filmmaker and film lecturer, Christophe Hermans completed his directing studies at the Institut des Arts de Diffusion with his graduation film POIDS PLUME (2005), which won several awards and screened at numerous film festivals.
