More efficiency, more profit, more success. The development of the economy is increasingly becoming a problem. Employees are under enormous pressure to succeed, burn-out and depression are no longer isolated cases. FROM BUSINESS TO BEING identifies the causes and poses the question of meaning. Why the constant optimisation of performance? Don't people actually long for more freedom and self-development? Various people have their say on this precarious development and want to offer solutions, including managers, meditation teachers and quantum physicists. A plea for more empathy, living in the "now" and a general change of consciousness in our relationship to work. Philipp Großmann
