Alaaeldin Eldajani

Alaa Dajani is a filmmaker, excelling as a producer, director, cinematographer, and editor with a passion for social documentaries. He holds a B.A. in Economics from The American University in Cairo (AUC) and an M.F.A. in Documentary Filmmaking from Stanford University. Alaa's career includes valuable experience as the former assistant director for video production at The American University in Cairo. His short documentary "In Circles" was shortlisted for a student academy award, and his film "The Art of Jihad" gained recognition in numerous US festivals. Recently, Alaa worked on the documentary biography of the esteemed scientist Mostafa Moushrafa and contributed his editing skills to the award-winning feature-length documentary "Captains of Za’atari."
