Recognized for her narrative-driven documentaries, she received the Best Documentary award at the 2022 Geneva Human Rights Film Festival. Gelareh is a valued member of the Iranian Cinema Documentary Filmmakers Association and the Iranian Alliance of Motion Picture Guilds, known for her impactful storytelling that engages audiences worldwide.
